Privacy Policy and information on the use of cookies on the villadominik.pl website.

  1. Our Privacy Policy specifies the principles of processing personal data required to use and/or related to using services available via the villadominik.pl website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).
  2. Personal data are processed on servers that ensure their safety. We put every effort to ensure that the data are processed in accordance with the purpose and the extent to which our services available via the villadominik.pl website are used, including its webpages, applications and other functionalities made available by the Administrator, including those written in cookies files that are installed on our webpages by us and our trusted Partners in order to make the Website use safer and more convenient for the Users.

  6. The data will be processed for the purposes related to the use of the services available via the villadominik.pl website, in particular:
  • Execution and performance of hotel/catering services — based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of GDPR;
  • Marketing of own products and services based on consents given — Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR;
  • Ensuring safety and order as well as protection of persons and property in the form of camera surveillance data — based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.
  • Reporting problems with the use of the villadominik.pl Website to the Controller — based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of GDPR;
  • Performance of the Controller’s legitimate interests, i.e. related to archiving or evidence, or associated with the necessity to pursue claims or defend their rights — based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.

The data will be processed by Stefczyk Nieruchomości and may be processed by authorised public authorities, mail delivery entities, entities providing archiving and documentation destruction services, legal advice services, entities providing accounting services, entities providing protection, surveillance, and security services, as well as entities supporting the Controller in their business processes, including trusted Partners, entities providing technical and technological services, including IT.
  2. The data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
  3. The data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes specified in 6 and, after that time, for the period and to the extent required by the law or for the legitimate interests performed by the Data Controller referred to in 6 or until the processing of one’s own personal data is objected to, or, in case the consent has been given, until the consent is withdrawn.
    The surveillance data processed for the purpose specified in 6c will be stored for 14 to 30 days.
  4. The User has the right — under principles specified in the Data Protection Law — to access their personal data at any time, correct them, remove, restrict the processing of their data, object to the processing of their data, and they have right to data portability.
  5. If the User consents to the processing of their personal data, they have the right to withdraw the consent. Exercising the right to withdraw the consent does not affect the processing that took place until the withdrawal.
  6. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — President of the Office for Personal Data Protection — if the User finds that the processing of their personal data violates the Personal Data Protection Law.
  7. Stefczyk Nieruchomości will not process the data for automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22(1) and (4) of GDPR.

Stefczyk Nieruchomości informs the registered Users that they are solely responsible for keeping secret all the information provided to Stefczyk Nieruchomości for the purposes of accessing the personal sections of the Website, particularly respective passwords, and any voluntary sharing of the personal data for public use in the Internet is at their sole risk and may lead to such data being used in a way contrary to the User’s intention.
  9. If information shared by other entities are used via the Website, the User’s personal data are provided at their own consent, in particular using the Facebook’s “Like!” or “Share” buttons. Such situations are not subject to this Policy and the Users are requested to read the privacy policy of the relevant entity.

In order to adapt the content and services available via the Website to the individual needs and interests of the Users, Stefczyk Nieruchomości uses cookies files, i.e. short text information saved on the User’s end device which may be read by a server upon every connection from the said end device.

  1. Server technical logs — the fact of displaying each element of the Website by the browser is saved in the so-called server technical log. Such records contain the following data: download date and time, name of the web page, IP address, source port, URL of the reference page (address of the page from which the User has been redirected), amount of data downloaded, as well as information on the version of the web browser product. Such information is subject to IT analysis and is used for the purposes of optimisation and monitoring of the Website server status, improving the Website safety, including protection against cyber-attacks, as well as for providing information to the law enforcement authorities in cases / investigations conducted with regard to identity fraud or phishing.

Safe data transmission — the Website is protected with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which secures the User personal data provided using encryption. By installing the certificate and displaying the Service on the safe https protocol, we undertake to ensure encrypted communication with our trusted Partners on the Website (recalling remarketing codes, references to Facebook, etc.).
