Privacy Policy and information on the use of cookies on the website.

  6. The data will be processed for the purposes related to the use of the services available via the website, in particular:
  • Execution and performance of hotel/catering services — based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of GDPR;
  • Marketing of own products and services based on consents given — Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR;
  • Ensuring safety and order as well as protection of persons and property in the form of camera surveillance data — based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.

The data will be processed by Stefczyk Nieruchomości and may be processed by authorised public authorities, mail delivery entities, entities providing archiving and documentation destruction services, legal advice services, entities providing accounting services, entities providing protection, surveillance, and security services, as well as entities supporting the Controller in their business processes, including trusted Partners, entities providing technical and technological services, including IT.

By installing the certificate and displaying the Service on the safe https protocol, we undertake to ensure encrypted communication with our trusted Partners on the Website (recalling remarketing codes, references to Facebook, etc.).
